We all know that Spring Break is just around the corner and
we all want to be beach body ready, but have been slacking on our work outs.
Well don’t worry because this next thing will help you lose up to 5-7 pounds in
water weight, and majorly reduce bloating.
This detox is super simple and doesn’t include changing any
of your current diet practices.
Here we go! (This is one day worth of ingredients’)

Get 60 ounces of distilled or purified water

1 tablespoon of sugar-free cranberry juice (easy
to find at local grocery stores)

1 dandelion root tea bag. (Sound exotic, but
again easy to find in local grocery stores)

2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice. (if you want
to save money on lemons, buy two lemon and juice them both right a away when
you get home, cover the juice and
put this on the top self of your refrigerator.

Mix all of this together and drink this mixture throughout your day.

morning.
